Web and Data Research Specialist - Division of Continuing Studies - Fort Wayne

Job Summary

 

Provide marketing support to programs and services provided by the Division of Continuing Studies.  Create and execute web-related marketing projects including website, emails, inquiry forms, and event invitations.  Spearhead data collection, organization, and dissemination of lists and distribution, primarily through CRM.  Execute copywriting and marketing messages as well as oversee digital and social media.  Responsibilities include:

 

  • Assess, evaluate, establish and manage the marketing execution for online services
  • Translate customer/student needs into nee emails, inquiry forms, and invitations
  • Produce graphics and design layouts for electronic content
  • Coordinate website projects including website development, content management and SEO
  • Provide copywriting, editing and overall communication messages for marketing materials
  • Provide data support for marketing activities including the division's online database and print distribution
  • Coordinate digital and social media strategy and channels, directing a publishing schedule
Required:

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One to two years experience
  • One year experience in web design and data research
  • Must have ability to create websites
  • Ability to utilize database, spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver and related web design tools 
  • Skilled with publishing software such as Adobe inDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

 

Preferred:

 

  • Experience in higher education
  • Familiarity with content management systems
