Title:  Limited Term Lecturer, Business Information & Analytics

Job Summary

The Department of Quantitative Business Studies is seeking applications for Limited Term Lecturer (LTL) of Business Information & Analytics positions. LTL positions are temporary, non-benefits eligible, part-time positions hired each semester on an as-needed basis. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Teach both day and evening courses at the undergraduate level on both campuses (Westville and Hammond). Courses include, but are not limited to, Introduction to Computer-Based Systems and Computer Utilization for Management.
  • Successful candidates will be required to follow syllabus and curricula provided by the lead instructor.
  • Successful candidates will be expected to maintain office hours and provide feedback to students in a timely manner.
  • Successful candidates will be required to maintain FERPA and Title X certification.

Education

A minimum of an MBA or a MS degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Management Science, or a related field.

Experience

Demonstrated teaching experience at the college level, or extensive professional training experience.  Relevant professional experience in industry.  Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and written in the English language.
