Job Summary

This Position will pay $12 per hour and is for Undergraduate students only.  Hours are dependent on need and the events schedule.

Position Overview:

The Office of Student Life is seeking an enthusiastic student to play an essential role in the successful execution of campus events and activities, assist with distribution for the Pantry and manage the Front Desk in DSAC 1021 on the Westville Campus.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team-oriented, dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering the Front Desk Phone and directing Phone Calls where needed
  • Manage Student Life Storage spaces
  • Manage Games Checkout
  • Manage printer paper
  • Manage DSAC 1021
  • Manage Kitchen
  • Manage Incoming and Outgoing Mail for Office of Student Life
  • Manage Student Life Access Cards
  • Help Students with questions regarding 
  • Assist GA in tasks as assigned
  • Make sure fliers in Table Toppers/table signs are accurate inside DSAC 1021
  • Manage Public Posting places
  • Manage Toilet Times
  • Manage Display Cases
  • Manage Window Paint and Sidewalk Chalk Projects
  • Manage DSAC 1021 Decorations
  • Manage Intake for PNW student population
  • Manage Food Pantry in DSAC 1021
  • Maintain clean environment within pantry location
  • Oversee inventory and properly label donated items within the pantry
  • Provide quality customer service and confidentiality of all PNW students that utilize the Food Pantry
  • Other duties as assigned by the Office of Student Life

Education

  • This position is for Undergraduate students primarily taking classes on the Westville Campus
