Job Summary

The Department of Management & Marketing in the Doermer School of Business at Purdue University Fort Wayne (PFW) seeks a lecturer to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in areas such as operations management, supply chain management, project management, management science, and related fields. The position requires a combination of online, hybrid, and face-to-face course delivery. Additional responsibilities include developing new courses, supporting student organizations, and fulfilling standard departmental service obligations. 

Qualifications

Candidates should hold at least a master's degree and have a major in operations management or a related field. Candidates should detail any prior teaching and/or industry experience. Candidates should maintain appropriate AACSB faculty qualifications while in the position. There is a promotion process from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer. The position begins in Fall 2027. Preferred qualifications include previous teaching experience in a university setting and/or industry experience.
