Job Summary

The Revenue Generation Assistant plays a key supporting role to the Director of Leagues and Rentals, ensuring the efficient coordination of logistics and development of systems that enhance the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana’s (BGCGNWI) league programs, private rentals, and concessions. This position focuses on optimizing revenue-generating activities through data tracking, administrative support, and operational logistics while helping to maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and service.

 

Pay:

  • $15 an hour

 

Work Conditions:

  • Flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends depending on program needs.
  • Some travel between Club locations and partner sites may be required.
  • Must pass background checks and meet all Club compliance standards.

Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Operations Support

  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of athletic league activities, private rentals, and concession operations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of events, rentals, and facility usage to maximize occupancy and minimize scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for league participation, facility usage, and revenue streams to aid decision-making.

 

2. Tracking & Reporting Systems

  • Create and manage user-friendly tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, dashboards) for:
    • League registrations
    • Concession inventory and sales
    • Rental income and booking status
    • Sponsorship tracking and fundraising efforts
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing data to evaluate program success and areas for improvement.

 

3. Administrative & Communication Support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records related to leagues, rentals, sponsorships, and financial transactions.
  • Support communications with internal and external stakeholders, including families, vendors, volunteers, and sponsors.
  • Prepare marketing and outreach materials for promotions, program updates, and sponsorship proposals in coordination with resource development.

 

4. Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordination

  • Assist in organizing sponsorship outreach and fundraising campaigns in support of league programs.
  • Track sponsorship commitments, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure positive partner relationships.

Experience

  • An approved participant in the federal work study program at our partnership schools
