Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Student .NET Developer to join our team as an intern. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in object-oriented development and a passion for coding and learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing .NET applications using C# and other related technologies.
• Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Debug and fix existing code.
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality and coverage.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in .NET development.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, software engineering, or a related field at Purdue University West Lafayette.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A passion for coding and learning.

Bonus

• Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET framework.
• Experience with SQL and database design.
• Familiarity with asynchronous data loading or Single Page Applications (SPAs)
   

This position will start May 13 (negotiable), with an opportunity to continue into the fall semester. The intern will receive a competitive hourly wage, as well as opportunities for skill development and professional growth.
