Student Culinary PMU

Job Summary

The Student Employee is responsible for basic food related services at the direction of their supervisor.  Responsibilities include maintain high quality food, customer service, follow standards, sets up operation with products, clean equipment, operating kitchen equipment, and other duties as assigned.  Stock food, and products to designated areas.  Will work in various stations throughout the operation including the range, pantry and bakeshop.  Handles all food products according to Servsafe guidelines.

Sanitation

Keep work area clean.  Clean and sanitize equipment.  Handle all food and leftovers according to established ServSafe guidelines.
