Job Summary

 

The One Stop Administrator at Purdue Indianapolis will provide cross-functional service to perspective students, current students and parents, and University partners in the areas of registration, financial aid, and bursar billing and payments. Provide pro-active, problem-solving support across a broad range of areas and issues. Responsibilities include financial aid, bursar, and registrar questions, analyzing student accounts, providing counseling, and resolving complex issues, managing document submissions across departments, and communicating with current and prospective students. Perform with minimal supervision and a high level of professional judgment while maintaining confidentiality.  This position is primarily be focused on bursar knowledge/experience.

What We Are Looking For :

 

Required:
BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Minimum 4 years in financial aid, bursar, registrar, or relevant experience. 

 

Preferred:                
Excellent analytical and counseling skills.  
Experience with automated systems, knowledge of federal and state financial aid policies and regulations, and/or Bursar/Registrar experience.
