Job Summary
As a professional contributor who serves as first point of contact for customer service inquiries and works to achieve day-to-day objectives in the Registrar’s office. Using established procedures, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, provide guidance and support to student employees, and resolve concerns for campus partners (may include students, staff, and alumni) in troubleshooting and problem solving their issues related to university systems, policies and procedures. Conduct audits and maintain data to ensure compliance with University Regulations.
What Are We Looking For:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management
Minimum of one (1) year of experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Preferred:
Experience working with faculty, staff, and students in a large multi-campus research university.
Skilled:
Intermediate level mastery of Microsoft Office suite required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Motivated individual with ability to efficiently multi-task, work under pressure, handle frequent interruptions, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
