Job Title:  Research Operations Associate

Job Summary

 

The Research Associate will assist in the management of operations across multiple large scale, interdisciplinary research projects funded by the Office of Early Childhood and Out of School Learning (OECOSL). The research associate will collaborate with Center for Early Learning (CEL) investigators, the Wellbeing Informed by Science and Evidence (WISE) team, and OECOSL representatives to help monitor project progress, assist in budget tracking, and aid in the development of deliverables. The research associate will assist in data collection, data collection scheduling, and will work with all project staff to ensure project goals are being met. 

 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • Basic skills in communication, word processing, and data entry 
  • Working familiarity with Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working familiarity with basic design software like Canva

                

Preferred:

  • Experience working and/or conducting research in school settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with research teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
