Program Coordinator
Job Summary
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordination of the School of Mechanical Engineering's Mentorship Program and Undergraduate Research Program. The Program Coordinator will also provide program administration assistance for the Cooperative Education and GEARE Programs and the Industry Relations portion of the Corporate Partners Program.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or related field
- One (1) year of program or project support experience that can include internships, experiential learning courses/activities, extracurricular involvement, or similar experiences
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree and three years of related experience will be considered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work together as part of a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data analysis abilities
- Proven problem solving capabilities
- Demonstrated computer skills
Preferred:
- Program or project management experience
