What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the hiring of all graduate and undergraduate TAs for the School, determining appropriate pay according to experience (approximately 475); serve as a leader and mentor for administrative support staff, develop and implement new ideas for improving work environment and staff productivity.
- Manage and facilitate the faculty promotion-to-tenure/associate/full process, including working with faculty on their documents to meet college and university requirements and preparation for the corresponding Primary Committee meetings.
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage faculty recruitment process and training of all administrative support staff to handle individual searches as assigned.
- Supervise candidate visits and interview process across all searches.
- Serve as a liaison between the candidates and faculty host for itinerary and all travel-related communications.
- Assist with events across the school, including Indianapolis, and coordinate the support needed from the administrative assistants throughout the department.
- Serve as assistant to the Senior Operations Administrator.

- Four (4) years of high-level support to leadership
