Required hours are during the 8:00 - 5:00 business day, Monday - Friday

This position provides office assistance to the Business Office for Student Organizations and Student Activities Office. Starting wage is $10.00/hour.

Essential Job Duties:
•    Provide customer service (i.e. greet customers, answer phones, etc.)
•    Answer questions related to APF submission, deposit preparation, Cool entries, BoilerLink inquiries
•    Distribute payments
•    Check out Purchasing cards 
•    Track and prepare documentation for purchasing card reconciliation
•    Follow-up with customers
•    Office related tasks (i.e. scan, file, etc.)
•    Special projects, as assigned 

Required Qualifications:
•    Available to work 8-12 per week throughout the academic year
•    Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professional conduct when handling sensitive information
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office
•    Exhibit friendliness, diplomacy, and tact in responding to customers 
•    Demonstrated professionalism and dependability
•    Responsible for all scheduled shifts (based on class/exam schedules for the semester)
•    The student staff position must be reliable, organized, responsible, and flexible. They must also be ambitious, detail-oriented, creative, and driven. 

Work-study eligibility preferred, but not required.
