Job Summary
Supports the Mission and Vision of North Central Nursing Clinics and manages the Registered Nurse Coordinator(s) and other clinical support staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs) across multiple clinic locations. Works collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer to:
- Assist providers and care teams with the provision of high-quality patient care, following nursing and clinic policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership, supervision and training for all clinical staff.
- Review and develop best practice workflows and standard operating procedures within the clinics to assist the organization to achieve goals.
- Audit medical and nursing staff for compliance with policies and procedures and with meeting clinical regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Works collaboratively with the management team to ensure the overall quality of care meets the standards set by the organization. Participates in the provision of patient care as needed to help fulfill the mission of the clinics. This position will be primarily located in Delphi, but routine minimal travel to all clinic locations will be expected in this role. Some remote work may be possible based on business needs.
This position will be filled as a Manager, Clinical Support Services or as a Senior RN Manager. The hiring manager will determine the job level based on the skills, experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

Manager, Clinical Support Services:
- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited nursing program
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in nursing
- Must have a verified license to practice in the state of Indiana and a completed background check
- Supervisory experience
- An equivalent combination of education and related experience may also be considered.
- Active RN license in Indiana
- Current CPR certification
RN Senior Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Four years of experience in a nursing role.
- Must have a verified license to practice in the state of Indiana and a completed background check
- Supervisory experience
- An equivalent combination of education and related experience may also be considered.
- Active RN license in Indiana
- Current CPR certification
Skills needed:
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions, balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced computer and related software skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with individuals at all levels within and external to the university to support department needs.
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures to proactively resolve issues or improve processes.
- Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions.
- Drafting, proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to lead others and provide direction and constructive feedback.
