Job Summary
Supports the Mission and Vision of North Central Nursing Clinics and manages the Registered Nurse Coordinator(s) and other clinical support staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs) across multiple clinic locations. Works collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer to:
1. Assist providers and care teams with the provision of high-quality patient care, following nursing and clinic policies and procedures.
2. Provide leadership, supervision and training for all clinical staff.
3. Review and develop best practice workflows and standard operating procedures within the clinics to assist the organization to achieve goals.
4. Audit medical and nursing staff for compliance with policies and procedures and with meeting clinical regulatory and accreditation requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited nursing program
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in nursing
- Must have a verified license to practice in the state of Indiana and a completed background check
- Supervisory experience
- An equivalent combination of education and related experience may also be considered.
- For example, an associate’s degree and eight (8) years of experience
- Active RN license in Indiana
- Current CPR certification
Skills needed:
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions, balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced computer and related software skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with individuals at all levels within and external to the university to support department needs.
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures to proactively resolve issues or improve processes.
- Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions.
- Drafting, proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to lead others and provide direction and constructive feedback.
