Job Summary
Support the administration and processing of federal financial aid programs including grants, Federal Work-Study, withdrawals, and Return of Title IV (R2T4). Assist with awarding and disbursing aid for students enrolled in professional, online, and non-standard term programs. Working under close supervision as an entry-level professional, apply foundational financial aid knowledge to determine eligibility, accurately package and apply aid, and counsel students and families in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies.

Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience
Skills needed:
- Excellent communication skills in all forms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of PC systems and applications.
- Have good interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team member.
- Must successfully complete the on-site financial aid programs training within the first six months of employment.
