Job Summary
Join our team at the Library of Engineering and Science (and partner libraries) to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming space for all patrons. You'll prioritize internal and external customers by answering questions and providing hands-on assistance in person, by phone, or electronically—guiding them to resources, technology, online catalogs, databases, and materials.
You'll manage collections, inventory, and space reservations via our online system; track building usage; and support ongoing assessments. Additional duties include training student assistants, covering absences, serving as lost and found liaison, and collaborating on the 3D printing team for file setup, troubleshooting, and smooth operations. Help maintain a safe environment by promptly reporting issues.
The anticipated annual salary for this position is $15.00 - $17.45 per hour commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience. The final salary offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including equity, available budget, educational background, and relevant experience.

What We Are Looking For :
Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum three (3) years’ relevant work experience required.
Skills
- Good communications skills.
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft, Word, and Excel.
- Comfort learning new software and dealing with 3D printers.
- 3D printing experience a plus.
