What You'll be Doing:
Manage Mason, Roofing, and Equipment & Material Mechanics within the Operations and Maintenance Department. Supervise staff performing maintenance, remodeling, and new construction projects. Administer work budgets, approve expenditures necessary to complete job assignments, and provide recommendations for wage and salary budgets, supply and expense budgets, and capital equipment budgets. Consult with staff and faculty to discuss project needs, maintenance and repair requirements, and scheduling.
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience
Qualified Candidates Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Building Construction, Supervision, Management or a related technical area
- 3+ years of administrative supervisory experience, preferably in a technical, commercial or industrial area
- An equivalent combination of education and required work experience will be considered
Skills Needed:
- Experience in workflow planning, employee coaching and motivation, budget and financial planning, and analytical evaluation skills
- Applicable experience relative to the position in facilities maintenance or one of the following areas: Masonry, Roofing, Heavy equipment operations
