Job Summary
Responsible for the accuracy of Master Data within the HR SuccessFactors system. Responsibilities include processing all hire, rehire, terminations, employee data change actions in SF and Employee Central Payroll system to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of payroll. Responsible for managing day to day operations within the team - working to balance workloads while moving actions through the system to meet stakeholders needs. Monitor replication between the recruiting module to the student employee action automation application through onboarding to employee central as well as from employee central to the payroll system. Troubleshoot and research issues to find the root cause and provide solutions that streamline processes. Support the Employment Center staff as the subject matter expert providing guidance, support and training on system processing, university policies etc. Support system upgrades through testing new processes to ensure all actions and updates work correctly. Participate in process improvement projects from discovery through implementation. This is a 100% remote position.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Four or more years of experience in human resources, payroll or other related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work concurrently in multiple programs to complete tasks
