Job Summary
The successful candidate will join a team supervised by Prof. Carson Reeling on a project in partnership with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. The goal of the project is to generate a model of deer hunter behavior in response to disease outbreaks using survey data. The appointed Post-Doctoral Research Associate will lead the development and administration of surveys, derive appropriate theoretical and empirical approaches for analyzing survey data, and assist in preparing journal publications.
Education
The successful applicant will hold a Ph.D. in Agricultural/Resource/Applied Economics, Economics, Human Dimensions of Wildlife, or a related field.
Experience
Prior experience in administering mail and/or online surveys and site choice modeling is highly desired.
