Job Description:

Job Summary

As part of Purdue University’s Talent Acquisition team, the Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting Purdue Global provides recruiting and operational support throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle for Purdue Global positions. Working closely with Purdue Global hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members, this role is responsible for managing assigned requisitions and helping ensure recruiting activities progress efficiently while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Specialist coordinates a variety of recruitment processes, including requisition and job posting management, candidate sourcing and screening, application review, interview coordination, candidate communications, and hiring and onboarding activities. Working within defined Talent Acquisition procedures, the individual collaborates with and receives guidance from more experienced Talent Acquisition team members on complex or non-routine situations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career talent acquisition professional to build expertise in full-cycle recruiting while taking ownership of assigned recruitment activities that support Purdue Global’s mission and growth.
