Job Summary
The student(s) will assist the Lead Administrative Assistant with various office/clerical task including but not limited to: Light clerical variety of duties including some computer work. Scanning documents, making copies and filing. Updating, creating and maintaining various documents and databases. Back-up reception front desk, assist with department events, assist department faculty and staff as needed.
Applicants should be available to work 10 -15 hours per work, typically during the hours of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Interested applicants must submit a resume, cover letter, and a copy of their class schedule.

Experience
Computer and related software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, etc. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail. Work independently. Strong time management skills. Typing, drafting, filing, data entry. Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
