Job Summary

Manage day of event execution of the Purdue Farmers Market. Arrives onsite prior to vendors to ensure all facilities have been provided, including generators, trash receptacles, parking signage, etc., including vendor load in and out before, during and after the event. This position will serve as the initial point of contact for onsite visitors and vendors on market day, being the onsite liaison to the Conference and Event Design team. Monitor interactions between vendors, customers and maintain relationships between campus partners. Assist any vendors who need onsite assistance, and ensure all vendors clear their space of trash prior to departing. This position will also handle other responsibilities as assigned. All-day Thursday availability is required, as this is the designated Farmers Market event day
of the Farmer's Market. |
