Job Summary
The TRC Clerk serves as a key resource for the Teaching Resource Center, providing direct support to both staff and students. Primary responsibilities include assisting with equipment and material checkouts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all items are properly labeled. The role also involves providing basic computer and copy machine support, troubleshooting minor issues as needed. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for welcoming visitors and handling daily operations.
This is a part-time (.50 FTE) role, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide friendly, reliable service in a dynamic educational environment.

- One-year previous clerical experience required
