Assistant Director, Financial Aid Systems (Indianapolis)
About Our Opportunity:
The Assistant Director has overall responsibility for the management of systems and supervision of staff involved in all technical system support, including Banner, ScholarshipUniverse, CampusLogic Forms Portal, and all other financial aid operating systems. Assist Executive Director and Associate Director with the coordination/development and implementation of all system policies and procedures and manages the team who do all processing and Banner updates. Works extensively with the Associate Director, EMAR and data area staff to coordinate all systems analysis and procedure development for online programs, multiple campus location programs, semester and session aid awarding, in addition to our standard term, Purdue West Lafayette aid processing. Serves as a member of the management team within the Division of Financial Aid for daily operations. Oversees the development of counseling information and training materials for all systems processes and procedures. Responsible for maintaining the yearly implementation and testing schedules for all technical systems.

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Six years of experience in financial aid, technical, programming, research, report writing or other relevant experience.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Experience with automated systems and automated processes preferred.
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines while producing accurate results.
Preferred:
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of federal financial aid policies and regulations.
