Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing:
Team Travel:
- Advance Travel Coordinator for all away games – act as lead contact with hotels and staff
- Communicates with host university regarding travel and hotel accommodations
- Sets up hotel accommodations (e.g. the rooming list)
- Contacts hotels regarding room and meal arrangements
- Sets up the transportation schedule, seating arrangements, etc.
- Solicits ticket requests from coaches and players/follow thru with providing
- Assist nutritionists with food distribution for the team after games
- Same duties (above) as w/ Bowl Game operations
- Will be responsible for areas of the budget and for staying within budget as the season progresses
General Operations:
- Liaison for Player Housing (On-Campus/Off Campus)
- Plan housing arrangements for players and student-workers for pre-season camps
- Coordinates with campus facilities for various events
- Manage player files & update profiles in Teamworks software system
- Works with Director of Football Operations in planning and coordinating major events around the football program – Spring Game, Pro Day, Alumni Events, etc.
- Works with Director of Football Operations with NFL Relations- Pro Scouts, Pro-timing day, NFL Combine, Agent Day, etc.
- Works with Recruiting Office with Signing Day
- Ensures compliance with all players, staff, and constituents with regards to NCAA rules and regulations
- Assists with new facility planning
- Other Duties Assigned by DOFO, Head Coach and Administrators
Supervision:
- Functional and administrative supervisor of Football Operations student workers.

What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Two (2) years related professional experience in football operations and/or working with a collegiate or professional football program.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience with NCAA Division 1 Football preferred
Skills needed:
- Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA Division I Rules and Regulations.
- Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle individuals outside of the program.
- Computer knowledge and skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with student-athletes, staff, colleagues, and general public
