Job Summary

The administrative assistant will work with the current administrative team to provide support to the students and staff in Exploratory Studies.  This position oversees the front desk and lobby area including the following functions: greeting visitors/students, answering phones, checking in students, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

This is an on-site position.

What We’re Looking For:

Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • One (1) year of experience in an administrative support, customer service, or clerical role.

 

Skills: 

  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions, balance multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer and related software skills to include Word, Outlook, Internet, etc. Typing, drafting, filing, and data entry skills.

 The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $15-16/hour. The final salary offer will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, available budget, and relevant experience.​​
