Job Summary
The Associate Director, Business Career Services is a seasoned professional contributor working under limited supervision who enables successful employment outcomes for graduate students in all of Daniels Masters programs. The Associate Director accomplishes this by developing relationships with internal (Admissions, Program Management, Student Services and Academic Directors) and external (Employers, Organizations, Alumni) that produce quality interactions that lead to employment and career growth opportunities. This role will provide career exploration, career assessments interpretations, resume/cover letter reviews and works to enhance and build student career searching skills. The Associate Director will work as part of a dynamic team that is housed in Rawls Hall, serving the Daniels School of Business. Keeping informed and engaged on employment statuses and action plans to support student success is crucial, including industry knowledge and trends around career services.

What We’re Looking For:
Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
Five years of professional work experience in higher education, career development, and/or corporate recruiting or staffing
Skills Needed:
- Strong career coaching, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to work with mid-career professionals
- Business acumen, executive presence, and professional demeanor
- Ability to think strategically, manage projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of comfort presenting to large and small groups, both in-person and online
- Proficiency with collection, analysis and reporting of data
