Associate Director, Engineering & PPI, Professional, Continuing, and Online Administration
Job Summary
This 12-month staff position reports to the Principle Managing Director supporting the professional, continuing, and online administration for the College of Engineering (70%), and Polytechnic Institute (30%). The Associate Director assists with operational planning and collaborations with the functional leaders of TLT, Student Experience, Online Partnerships, and others; organizes and directs day-to-day operations; contributes to the development of goals and planning efforts for budgets and operational plans; leads, designs, develops, and coordinates large/complex projects; and may lead teams to improve service and quality. The Associate Director serves as an alternative representative for the Senior Managing Director when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in management, higher education administration, information technology, instructional design, or related discipline
- Six (6) years of experience in one or more of the following required: project management, marketing, market demand analysis, financial management, reporting, and analytics, recruiting and admissions, student support, alumni relations, and/or instructional design and course design.
- In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience working with professional, continuing and online educational programs
Skills Needed:
- Must be a self-starter
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels from academia, industry, and government Skilled in project management
- Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and management skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in the use of educational technology applications (e.g., LMS, SIS, CRM and other computer applications)
