Coordinator - Program Measurement and Evaluation

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to take leadership for the development of formative and summative evaluations for the purpose of tracking current educational and technical assistance activities, improving program accountability, and documenting impacts of Purdue Center for Regional Development initiatives for communication to internal and external stakeholders. 
 

Required:

  • Master's degree  in Extension Education; Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation; Human Sciences; Instructional Design & Development, Community Development, or closely related field 
  • Three (3) years of experience working in measurement and evaluation-related activities
  • In lieu of a degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience
  • A valid US or Canadian Driver's license
  • Formal training and/or experience designing, implementing, analyzing and reporting impacts of educational program activities
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for collecting program accountability and impact data
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment 

Preferred:

  • Ability to develop and implement online tools/strategies to conduct program evaluation activities
