Job Summary
Purdue University is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Coordinator of Program Research and Design to support the development and implementation of division-wide student support programs. In this role, you’ll assist in gathering data, researching best practices, and managing the design and rollout of initiatives designed to enhance student engagement and success. A key part of your responsibilities will include evaluating program effectiveness and providing data-driven recommendations that inform future strategy.
You’ll collaborate with campus partners to ensure programming is responsive to student needs, while managing timelines, resources, and outcomes. What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2) years of experience in program development
- Experience creating materials for digital distribution
- Strong understanding and experience with Brightspace (or other educational platforms)
Preferred:
- Experience in program development for college students
Skills:
- Strong Communication
- Ability to work on a team
- Ability to positively interact with college students
