Health & Kinesiology Continuing Lecturer

The Department of Health & Kinesiology at Purdue University seeks applicants for an academic-year (9-month) continuing lecturer position in the area of sport management to begin Fall 2020. Applicants must hold a masters degree in Sport Management or a related field and show evidence of success in teaching at the college level.  Experience developing sport management courses and working in the sport industry would be beneficial.  The successful applicant will develop and teach sport management undergraduate courses and contribute to departmental engagement/service activities as appropriate.

 

The Department of Health & Kinesiology is one of nine units in the College of Health & Human Sciences and is home to over 500 undergraduate students and 50 graduate students. Purdue is consistently ranked among the leading research institutions in the country and has the second largest international student population among U.S. public universities.
