Job Title:  IT Systems Engineer
Job Description:

The IT Systems Engineer is a fully competent and productive professional providing application and operating system administration, support, technical coordination and design for the implementation and maintenance of various enterprise level IT services at Purdue. This position may also occasionally assist the database administrators in recognizing application and performance issues. The IT Systems Engineer will frequently be assigned to projects that provide design recommendations, technical coordination and support for the architecture, implementation, integration, and maintenance of new or upgraded products. This requires coordination and communication with developers, customers, 3rd party vendors and other IT areas to ensure needs are met.
