Lead Business Assistant

Job Summary

The Lead Business Assistant will work with the Assistant Director of Financial Affairs to provide business office support for Enrollment Management and the Division of Diversity and Inclusion.  Responsibilities will include account management, preparing projections, and exercising signature delegation on a variety of procurement documents.



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of account clerk, bookkeeping, or related experience         
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Learning orientation to changing technology and business processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and implement university policies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be very organized
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Customer service focus



  • SAP and Cognos experience
