MGMT Help Desk - Student Service

Job Summary

The Krannert Computing Center (KCC) has an opening for a student technical position which will focus on assisting the KCC’s technical professional staff in supporting the use of technology in the Krannert School’s administrative, academic and research missions.

 

Undergraduate students with skills and experience supporting users in Microsoft Windows networking and computing environments are encouraged to apply. The position will primarily involve troubleshooting and installing hardware and software for Windows based desktops and laptops under the supervision of KCC. Good communication, planning, and organizing skills necessary. Problem-solving ability, advanced computer skills and discretion desired. Some physical labor is required for the deployment and movement of computers and printers.

 

The position is part-time academic year and summer employment.
