What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in performing a variety of repair and maintenance duties on building structures for Operations and Maintenance. To include but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, plastering and locksmithing. Respond to and prioritize work orders. Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems and help determine repair or maintenance recommendations.
Note: This position represents a dual-level posting and will be filled as an Associate Service Maintenance Worker (S1) or a Service Maintenance Worker (S2). The hiring manager will determine the job level based on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate.

Associate Service Maintenance Worker Day (S1):
Education and Experience
Qualified Candidates Will Need:
- High school diploma/GED
- 0-1 years of general maintenance work experience
Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: basic plumbing, carpentry, electricity, painting, plastering and lock smith fields.
- Mechanical aptitude and leadership skills helpful
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics and written and verbal instructions, perform basic math functions
- Competencies for this position are work standards and productivity, communication, interpersonal and intercultural relations, decision making, and dependability; may include financial, coaching, delegation, and planning
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and coworkers, and customers
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, and stand, walk or stoop extensively
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from different viewpoints and backgrounds
- A valid US or Canadian drivers’ license

Service Maintenance Worker Day (S2):
Education and Experience
Qualified Candidates Will Need:
- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years of general maintenance work experience
Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: basic plumbing, carpentry, electricity, painting, plastering and locksmith fields.
- Mechanical aptitude and leadership skills helpful.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics and written and verbal instructions. Perform basic math functions.
