Online Program Coordinator

Support online students and faculty in the online programs for Purdue Polytechnic Institute (PPI). This includes but is not limited to onboarding new students, timely student registration, student communication, problem solving, working with teams across Purdue Online and other campus partners/stakeholders such as the Offices of the Registrar and Bursar, Financial Aid, Dean of Students, Graduate School, program leads/chairs, and programmatic support and administrative duties. Coordinate with faculty, administrative lead and program managers to ensure programs are functioning successfully and that appropriate information is shared.

This position is located on Purdue campus in West Lafayette, IN


  • One year Professional experience in a service-oriented environment (corporate, retail, university, institutional, etc)
  • Years of experience may be used in lieu of degree
  • Familiarity with student support services and processes



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Distance learning technologies
  • Experience working with departments on campus
  • University experience, potentially with Purdue University system tools such as Banner, Cognos, Slate, Sharepoint, UniTime, etc
