Operations, Supervisor
Job Summary
This position is a working supervisor role and will share time working on the floor while performing their supervisory role. They will oversee the Client Liaison staff at the Small Animal Hospital as well as the Equine Hospital/Farm Animal Hospital/Equine Field Service Team Lead. This position is a full-time salaried position, requiring 40 hours per week and responsible for covering staff shortages when needed. The schedule will mostly be Monday thru Friday from 8AM – 5PM with hours outside of this plus weekends and holidays, in some capacity may be needed too. Individual hired must be comfortable with managing staff, disciplinary actions when needed, training and working with their team and supervisor on improving work operations.
Required:
- Associate's Degree
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a veterinary office, medical clinic/ hospital or 5 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
