Job Summary
The position serves as the front-line receptionist for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, handling walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and monitoring the Student Success email inbox. Responsibilities also include providing administrative support to the Student Success team and assisting with projects when needed. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and other standard office applications. Ideal candidate(s) will be personable and accommodating, with great communication skills, both written and verbal. The position operates Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with hours divided among qualified part-time candidates. Preferred shifts are in 3 or 4 increments. This position requires confidentiality with all materials in which the candidate is involved.
