Job Summary

A staff member under moderate supervision will perform routine clerical and administrative functions for Parking Operations. The chosen candidate will be one of the primary and initial contacts for direct customer interaction (counter, phone, email) – answering questions. The incumbent will need moderate knowledge of parking practices and policies to assist in resolving routine problems in a manner consistent with department policy and precedent. The chosen candidate will need to routinely navigate, manipulate parking databases, and prepare documentation for citations in 2nd and 3rd appeals.  Additionally, this individual will be expected to manage the abandoned bike inventory on 529 and become knowledgeable enough to manipulate parking maps using ArcGIS. This individual will also be responsible for managing the bike impound and bike repair students. We get the opportunity to work with all departments and students on a daily basis. We get to create memories and relationships with everyone.

What We're Looking For

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School Degree or High School Equivalency (HSE)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
