Job Summary
Enforce University Parking Rules & Regulations by patrolling assigned areas and utilizing License Plate Recognition equipment. Issue citations for parking violations using handheld device with printer. Arrange for towing vehicles and apply immobilization devices when applicable. Provide campus directions & information regarding parking on campus. Install and remove parking signs. Assist with operational issues with the gated garage equipment. Assist with minor repairs in the office.

What We're Looking For
Education and Experience Required:
- High School Degree or High School Equivalency (HSE) required
- Three (3) years of work experience, including two (2) years directly related to maintenance and one (1) year in customer service
- Valid driver’s license is required and must maintain a safe driving record
Skills Required:
- Must:
- possess a learning orientation to changing technology
- be able to work outdoors in all seasons in temperatures below 32 degrees and above 90 degrees
- Knowledge of University Parking and Traffic Regulations required
- General maintenance skills for minor repairs
- Good verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to use:
- sound judgement and work independently
- maintain, troubleshoot and correct equipment
