Program Administrator- Purdue Online

This position will provide program administration and operational support for the self-supporting, non-traditional online courses for non-credit students.  Key aspects will include monitoring program compliance, providing reports, and account management. This individual will develop and maintain partner relationships, analyze and base strategies off enrollment and revenue data, and provide oversight to all program-related aspects. Work with faculty, instructors, and college-based program leads to plan and administer non-credit programs.  Administratively work with team members to oversee website information, registration, logistics and enrollment accuracy.   



  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Communications, Curriculum & Instruction or related field 
  • 2 years of experience in relationship building and analyzing data
  • In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and fiscal management skills are vital 
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Excellent customer service skills and focus with a demonstrated professional demeanor
  • Ability to work with effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions 



  • Experience in an academic, post-secondary setting
  • Familiarity with student support services and processes, online learning technologies and their applications in education 
  • Experience with University student service systems helpful.
