As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care in an accredited, student-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, prepare them for consultations, and conduct thorough health assessments.

Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Assist providers with medical procedures, administer medications, collect and manage specimens, and apply durable medical equipment.

Educate patients, provide referrals, and coordinate follow-up care to promote optimal health outcomes.

Accurately document all procedures, diagnoses, and interventions in the electronic health record (EHR), maintaining strict confidentiality.

Participate in nursing staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the holistic well-being of students and the broader campus community.

This is a 9-Month, Academic Year position, with a base salary of $49,026.60 per year plus benefits.

Our staff of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners provide student-oriented primary care as well as ongoing care for chronic conditions. Our single-minded focus of protecting your health and wellness allows you to focus on your educational and personal goals. We are also accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
What We're Looking For
Education and Experience:
Qualified candidates will need:
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Active and unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- One (1) year of nursing experience
- Experience with EHR systems
Skills needed:
- Must have knowledge of disease processes and normal growth and development of all age groups
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to assess patient status and respond to emergencies appropriately
- Thorough knowledge of scientific principles of nursing theory and practice
- Strong communication skills, including patient teaching
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to complete duties in a timely manner
