Job Summary
The Residential Education Coordinator (REC) is a full-time professional, live-on position within University Residences with a 12-month apartment and board plan. The REC is responsible for developing strong, inclusive residential communities with a curricular focus. This position will form relationships with individual students, faculty, and staff, including coaching and supervising student staff and mentoring graduate students. Responsible for leading residence operations in a way that creates and maintains a positive, intercultural, learner-centered community. The REC will promote, encourage, and reward student learning, academic success, and co-curricular participation. Responsible for fostering an atmosphere of respect for individual differences and community values and advising and supporting student groups. The REC will facilitate and develop a nurturing residential community, responding to sensitive issues and fostering a supporting environment for a highly diverse population.

- A valid US or Canadian Driver's License.
