The Department of Computer Science in Purdue University's College of Science is seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior Academic Services Manager to lead academic and graduate program operations that support student success and departmental excellence.
In this leadership role, you will supervise academic and graduate services staff, establish priorities, set performance expectations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality student and program support. You will oversee the strategic coordination of Computer Science academic offerings, including course scheduling, enrollment access, GTA staffing, and compliance with university policies and regulations. You will also lead the administration of the department's graduate program, guiding admissions processes, monitoring student progress toward degree completion, and ensuring adherence to policies established by the Office of Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Scholars. Working closely with faculty, students, and university partners, you will help shape efficient processes and a positive academic experience for one of Purdue's largest and most dynamic academic programs. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting the growth and success of students, faculty, and staff within a nationally recognized Computer Science program.

What We're Looking For
Education and Experience Required:
- BS degree in STEM field
- Five (5) years of academic or related administration experience, with preference for background in a graduate program
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Experience managing teams
Skills Required:
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with people of diverse cultures and languages
- High degree of computer literacy, including MS Office products and database systems
