Job Summary
As the Senior Educational Technology Consultant (P3), you will provide support and training for Purdue’s enterprise level instructional technology to faculty and staff at the highest level of expertise. You will consult and offer support and training through responses in our client incident management system, professional development workshops and help sessions, and small group or one-on-on consultations. As the Educational Technology Consultant, you will develop and maintain self-service documentation and workshop materials for supported instructional technology. You may lead projects related to instructional technology adoption and/or transition, as well as mentor junior team members as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- BA/BS in Instructional Technology, Education, Computer Technology, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience working in an instructional technology, technology, education, or corporate training environment conveying concepts and ideas via one-to-many (workshops) or one-few (meetings for deliberation, discussion, and decision) delivery modes and experience using instructional tools
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Senior Educational Technology Consultant (P3)
- BA/BS in Instructional Technology, Education, Computer Technology, or related field
- Four (4) years of experience working in an instructional technology, technology, education, or corporate training environment conveying concepts and ideas via one-to-many (workshops) or one-few (meetings for deliberation, discussion, and decision) delivery modes and experience using instructional tools
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Learning management system knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Presentation skills
- Ability to articulate technical terms and analytical outcomes in a user-friendly way, using visual aids such as graphs, charts, and executive summaries
- Customer-service disposition
- HTML/CSS or CMS skills
- Video management experience
- Purdue will not sponsor employment authorization for this position

- FLSA: Exempt (Not Eligible for Overtime)
