Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager will work with academic units and colleges to carry out the various duties associated with managing and leading master's programs, graduate certificates, undergraduate courses, and online noncredit professional development. This includes coordinating with various campus offices, recruiting and marketing, program development, and faculty coordination. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating logistics related to program delivery, strategizing with academic units, and managing program budgets.
Hybrid with responsibilities in Indianapolis, a few evenings a month.

What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, higher education, or related field
- Four years of professional office experience related to outreach, teaching, presenting, and/or education
- Office management experience
Skills:
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good written and oral communication skills are a must
- Knowledge of computer databases and word processing
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to self-motivate and work independently
Nice to Have:
- Supervisor experience preferred with ability to motivate direct reports.
- Experience working with departments on campus (e.g. Graduate School, Registrar's Office, Bursar's Office, and International Student Services)
- Experience with/in online degree programs
- Master’s degree

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. The final salary offer will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, available budget, and relevant experience.
