Senior Research Associate
Job Summary
Purdue University and the Mitch Daniels School of Business are looking for someone with advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis and organizational research method skills to become its next Senior Research Associate. As the Senior Research Associate will engage in and collaborate with faculty on research related to organizational behavior and human resources with a particular focus on scholarship related to the future of work and new ways of working issues. This includes conducting original research on remote and flexible work arrangements, work-life-family boundaries and productivity, diversity and inclusion, leadership development in organizations, and related topics. The candidate will contribute to and/or take the lead on a range of research activities including, data analysis, preparation of scientific manuscripts, proposal writing, implementation of research studies, preparing policy/translational reports, archiving data, and disseminating to the scholarship community. It may include organizing project team meetings and mentoring students in research and learning.

This position is a hybrid throughout the academic year with increased remote work available during the summer
A cover letter is required to be fully considered
Required:
- Masters in psychology or business or sociology or HR or related field
- Some Ph.D. level of coursework is strongly recommended
- At least 2 years of experience in research in a business school and co-author on at least one FT50 or A-level publication
- Strong independent writing skills for scholarly journals
- Expertise in the use of statistical software (i.e. Qualtrics)
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred:
- A PhD or PhD. ABD
