Senior Search Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Search Specialist is a tactical expert reviewing and managing Purdue Global campaigns. Should bring clear ideas of how digital tools will bring value to student enrollment and success. Able to create, execute, and maintain paid and organic digital campaigns. 

This individual will help transform Purdue Global from an undifferentiated and misunderstood product into Purdue’s thriving online solution for working adults, preferred by students, employers, and partners. Becoming top-of-mind, meaningful and distinct with these target audiences will lead to greater student demand, greater employer demand, greater partner demand, improved student outcomes, reputation, and performance. 


This position has the ability to be 100% remote. Some travel may be required based on business needs. 




  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, or related field
  • Four (4) years of proven SEO experience, proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM



  • Master's degree in marketing, data science, or related field
