Job Summary
Work Study Eligible Encouraged - Must be customer service oriented with the ability to multi-task and have a very strong attention to detail. Position will be required to be the front desk receptionist for multiple offices for our floor. Must greet guests to the office, direct guests to the right location within the building, schedule appointments, hand out confidential documents, review student academic records, set up tasks for counselors to process, scan documents and email students. Must be able to multi-task and organize your workload so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Will assist with virtual check-in during each semester. Must be able to communicate with a diverse population. Confidentiality is necessary as this position may receive financial documents, medical documents and hear conversations between counselor and student. Must be able to work quietly and efficiently with little to no supervision. Assist the Operations Supervisor with tasks and projects as assigned. Expected to work at least 10 hours a week but can be up to 20 hours based on class schedule and availability. Must wear required provided uniform shirt while on duty.
